This policy explains how Beyond Education handles personal information when you browse this website, contact our advisers or book a consultation.
Website hosting
This website is hosted using Google Firebase Hosting. Delivering pages involves processing technical request information, such as an IP address, requested URL and browser information. Fonts and website photographs are served from our website rather than loaded from external font providers.
Information we collect
We collect the details you choose to provide when booking a consultation or by email: your name, contact details, country of residence, the student's stage of education and anything you tell us about your requirements.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, to advise on suitable schools, and — with your agreement — to introduce you to schools you are interested in. We do not sell or rent personal data.
Sharing with schools
We share a student's details with a school only when you have asked us to make an introduction or submit an application on your behalf.
Retention
Enquiry records are retained while a family is active with us and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can help again if you return. You may ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent to being contacted. Write to us and we will action the request.
Cookies and analytics
With JavaScript enabled, Google Tag Manager loads optional measurement tags only after you choose Allow analytics. This can help us understand page visits and contact-button clicks. Advertising consent remains disabled. You can refuse optional analytics, continue to use the site and change your choice through the privacy icon in the lower left corner or Privacy preferences in the footer. Your choice is stored in your browser. If JavaScript is disabled, the standard Tag Manager fallback contacts Google but cannot run JavaScript analytics tags.
Booking a consultation
Our booking links open Calendly in a separate tab. Calendly is contacted when you follow that link, where it processes the information you provide for scheduling and displays its own privacy choices. See Calendly’s Privacy Notice. You can contact us by email instead.
Optional page translation
Choosing a language in the footer opens Google Translate and shares the page address with that service. No translation service is loaded automatically when you browse this website.
