Worldwide consultations

Services

Support that adapts to the family.

Some families want end-to-end guidance. Others need help with one stage only. Both are welcome.

What we do

Six areas of advisory

Each engagement begins with a private consultation and is scoped from there.
  1. 1

    Student and family consultation

We assess academic history, interests, learning preferences, personality, languages, ambitions and practical requirements before any school is discussed.

    You receive:

    • Student profile
    • Family priorities summary
    • Initial pathway options
    • Recommended next steps
  2. 2

    School research and selection

We prepare a carefully considered shortlist based on fit, not on rankings alone, and explain the reasoning behind every option.

    You receive:

    • Personalised shortlist
    • School comparison
    • Academic pathway overview
    • Our recommendation
    • Suggested next steps
  3. 3

    School introductions and campus visits

We help organise school presentations, conversations, interviews and personalised campus visits arranged around your travel.

    You receive:

    • Introductions to admissions teams
    • Visit itinerary
    • Questions tailored to each school
    • Post-visit comparison
  4. 4

    Application guidance

We support families with timelines, forms, supporting documents, essays, references and admissions communication.

    You receive:

    • Application plan
    • Document checklist
    • Submission review
    • Admissions communication support
  5. 5

    Interview preparation

Students receive practical guidance so they can communicate confidently and authentically during admissions interviews.

    You receive:

    • Preparation session
    • Practice questions
    • Individual feedback
    • Interview-day guidance
  6. 6

    Visa, travel and transition support

We help families understand documentation, travel preparation and the transition into international school life.

    You receive:

    • Practical timeline
    • Visa document guidance
    • Travel and packing checklist
    • First-term transition support

Our work is finished when a student is settled — not when an application is submitted.

Our process

Five steps from first call to first term

  1. 1

We get to know your child

We talk to the family and understand the student's needs, character, academic goals and expectations.

  2. 2

    We create a shortlist

We shortlist the schools that are a particularly good fit for the student.

  3. 3

    We arrange introductions and visits

We assist communication between the family and schools, arrange visits and act as one contact point.

  4. 4

    We support the application

We guide the family through applications, documentation and interview preparation.

  5. 5

    We support the transition

We stay with the family after the decision, supporting preparation until the school year begins and through the first term.

Summer and seasonal

A gentler way to begin

A summer or winter programme lets a student experience Swiss school life for a few weeks before a family commits to a full year. We use them often as a first step, and they are frequently the point at which a hesitant student decides for themselves.

University preparation

Planning backwards from where a student wants to arrive

Curriculum choice at fourteen quietly shapes university options at eighteen. We map IB, A-Level and AP routes against the destinations a student is considering, and coordinate with the school's own counselling team rather than duplicating it.

Fees

How fees work

Our services are tailored to each family. After the initial consultation, we recommend the level of support we believe is appropriate and provide a clear fee before any engagement begins.

The first conversation carries no obligation.

Questions

What families usually ask

When should we begin the application process?

Most families are comfortable starting twelve to eighteen months before the intended start date. Later applications are often still possible, particularly for January entry, but earlier planning widens the range of schools with places available.

How many schools should a family consider?

In our experience a shortlist of four to six schools is enough to allow genuine comparison without overwhelming the student. We would rather explain why a school is not on the list than lengthen it.

Can you arrange campus visits?

Yes. We coordinate visit dates, admissions meetings and, where possible, a student-led tour, and we group visits sensibly so a single trip covers several schools.

Do you help with student visa preparation?

We provide administrative support: explaining documentation, assembling paperwork and planning timelines. This is not legal immigration advice, and final requirements must be confirmed with the relevant embassy, consulate or cantonal authority.

Can you support students applying from outside Europe?

Yes. We work with families in different time zones and account for the additional documentation, translation and travel planning that longer-distance applications usually involve.

Do you provide support after enrolment?

We stay available through the first term to help with settling in, communication with the school and any practical questions that arise after arrival.

How does the initial consultation work?

It is a private conversation, lasting 30 minutes, booked through Calendly. We ask about the student, answer your questions and set out realistic next steps. There is no obligation to continue afterwards.
